Before you can market your business, work on your messaging, design your branding etc. you HAVE to get clear on these very important aspects. It’s what will guide the rest of your entire strategy.

Business Vision

Getting clear on the vision you have for your business is absolutely vital. Take some time for reflection as you consider the questions below. Try to be as detailed as you can, consider not only your professional reasons & aspiration but personal too.

  • Why did you start your business?
  • What do you want out of working for yourself?
  • Why did you go into this industry specifically?
  • How does this job make you feel?
  • Who do you want to help?
  • How are you going to help them?
  • What will you help them with?

Your Goals

Establish goals for your business, your personal life & goals for your clients. Consider small milestones as well as big picture plans. Think about your dreams for the next month, 6 months, year & further. It takes time to build up a successful business, by breaking it down into steps it not only becomes easier to achieve but also allows you to celebrate all of your hard work!

  • What do you want to achieve as a business?
  • What do you want to achieve for you, personally?
  • What do you want to achieve for your clients?
